Roles and responsibilities

- Understanding 2D/ 3D drawings,specifications and execute project accordingly

- Cost Control of project

- Managing and overlooking the whole project progess

- Managing manpower

- Preparing document/ reports required by Clients such as testing reports etc.

Requirements:

- Minimum 3 years of experience in handling projects, preferably in the same field.

- Able to communicate in English and Chinese.

- Able to use softwares such as Microsoft Excel, Office, Outlook, Autocad, Solidworks

- Possess with Class 3/ 3A Driving license

- Able to handle foreign workers and lead the team

As an Associate CSSC Application Engineer CBS, you will contribute to a thriving Customer Sales and Support Center Back Office team by providing timely and effective technical advice to incoming inquiries. You will also provides support by delivering world class Customer Service by applying established procedures and guidelines to provide technical quotation, information, advice, and assistance regarding Grundfos´ products and services before, during, and after a transaction to maintain and improve the organization´s Customer relationship.

Your main responsibilities:

· Evaluates complex enquiries from customers and Grundfos external sales. Providing technical assistance to customers regarding product sizing, application, system and solutions to ensure the functionality of the solution in practice within the required time frame, ensuring compliance to technical and commercial specifications.

· Follow up on Customer interactions within set Service Level Agreements (SLA).

· Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to gain pricing and technical data as per tender requirements.

· Process special orders and inquiries in coordination with the suppliers.

· Support sales teams by handling tenders and projects, include providing dimension, specifications, calculations, time of delivery, operation, and maintenance issues.

· Identify business opportunities and handover to external sales.

· Ensure customer master data is updated on portfolio of customers under their responsibility.

Your background:

· Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or 1-3 years of relevant work experience. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

· Previous experience within pump industry or customer services. Relevant administrative experience, organizational skills & accountability with the customer.

· Knowledge of business structure, products and key market needs to create a successful Customer centric experience.

· Demonstrate working knowledge SAP (CRM/SD).

· Familiarity with MS Office applications.

· Fundamental Product and Application Knowledge – Interpret type keys, identify pumps vs spare parts, kits vs motors, identify where product is built (not essential).

· Good communication and networking skills together with the ability to build strong and trusting relationships with both Internal and External Stakeholders.

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform network equipment preconfiguration and staging.
• Perform onsite deployment and implementation of network equipment including ONT, router, firewall, switches and wireless APs and perform User Acceptance Testing with customer.
• Perform onsite troubleshooting if there are any issues during deployment.
• Provide technical insight and advice to project management team for problem resolution.
• Prepare documentation eg: User Acceptance Test (UAT) reports, Site Acquisition Reports, Site Survey Reports with network diagrams.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Computer Science/Engineering/Information Technology or certified with CCNA/CCNP.
• Certification in Cisco/Aruba/Fortinet/Juniper is an added plus.
• Minimum 2 years relevant working experience.

Requirements:
