1. Partner with eng to define P0 test cases to automate via e2e or integrated tests or implement necessary logging alerts to prevent future regressions

• Setup org wide Quality metrics and goals in partnership with Eng and other stakeholders
• Introduce new process/advocate use of right tools/guidelines to drive QA programs
• Drive org wide fixathon/testathons/optimizathon like quality/better eng related events in partnership with Eng teams

The EXMAR Group is currently looking for an experienced Chief Engineer to reinforce the Exmar Shipmanagement team in Singapore.

Your role in the team

Shore-based, you will technically manage and support the LNG FSRU Newbuilding team, propose technically reliable and efficient condition so to be compliant with statutory and class requirements, applicable rules and standards set by the industry and the client.

Your responsibilities and tasks include:

· Provide technical assistance to the LNG FSRU Newbuilding team

· Overall project management

· Design review

· Site supervision in newbuilding shipyard

· FAT attendance

· Support Installation and Commissioning in LNG FSRU

· Ensure future asset will be operated in line with industry requirementsand technical standards set by the company and owner.

· Promote the safe and efficient operation of assets by checking that procedures are implemented as per the SMS.

Your profile

· Licensed Chief Engineer

· 5+ years experience as Chief Engineer on LNG FSRU

· Experience as Technical Superintendent for LNG FSRU will be an asset

· Experience in large ship conversion projects, Newbuilding & plans approval required

· Fair knowledge of industrial automation systems

· You are able to manage technical projects with the team

· You are able to look for the safest and most cost efficient/effective solution during emergencies also making sure all stakeholders understand the issue and solution

· You are able to analyse and anticipate for technical problems taking into account the information from different stakeholders

· You are flexible to travel overseas & able to relocate for a long period

· Extensive knowledge of project management and complex installations

· Extensive knowledge of the oil & gas industry

· Fluent in written and spoken English

Responsibilities:

1. Evaluate and solve the operational issues of WWTP

2. Calculate the energy and chemical cost-saving potential based on the site visit or operating data

3. Prepare the Artificial Intelligence ("AI") technology proposal to optimize the WWTP operation and attend the technical defense meetings

4. Prepare the AI technology implementation proposal for the WWTP

5. Lead engineering team to perform commissioning and troubleshooting activities

6. Support operational team to optimize the operation of the WWTP

7. Develop technology and prepare patents

8. Other activities assigned by the management

Requirements:

1. Master in Environmental Engineering or Chemical Engineering or equivalent

2. Experience in wastewater treatment and sludge treatment is required

3. Minimum 5 years of experience in wastewater treatment is required

4. On-site solving and optimizing the wastewater treatment plant operational issues experience is required

5. Good skills in technical documents, such as patent preparation, are required

6. Wastewater plant design experience is preferred

7. Good knowledge of modeling and AI technology is preferred

8. Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese as you need to communicate with Chinese clients and prepare the technical proposal in Chinese

9. Strong problem-solving, analytical, and conceptual skills, with good communication skills

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and optimize AI hardware and software solutions for clients.
• Configure and deploy Nvidia hardware components such as GPUs, as well as accompanying software frameworks.
• Conduct system assessments and performance tuning to ensure optimal functionality and efficiency.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for AI hardware and software systems.
• Stay updated on the latest advancements in AI technologies and recommend innovative solutions to enhance offerings.
• Participate in training programs and pursue relevant certifications to expand expertise in AI hardware and software integration.

Requirements:

• Minimum of a diploma or degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Strong understanding of infrastructure principles, including networking, storage, and server technologies.
• Familiarity with AI concepts and frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or CUDA.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
• Willingness to undergo training and pursue certifications in AI hardware and software integration.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in AI-related technologies (e.g., Nvidia Deep Learning Institute certifications).
• Knowledge of cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
