· Commissioning, Maintenance, Repair & Troubleshooting of marine electrical & mechanical equipment onboard vessels and in company premisses/workshop (i.e. Burners, Boilers, Scrubbers, EGE, EBG, GCU and supporting systems).

· Ability and willingness to travel on short notice onboard vessels in region, but occasionally also globally.

Required skills:

As a Service Delivery Engineer, you will provide world-class delivery support to our customers by building an in-depth knowledge of our customers’ priorities and initiatives and becoming a trusted advisor that avoids customer impact and facilitates continuous improvement. You will identify potential sales and growth opportunities and will partner with key stakeholders to maximize these prospects.

You will:

• Work as the PowerFlex storage subject matter expert (SME) and station at customer site.
• Provide day to day support to customer’s storage setup.
• Act as the storage escalation point and help the deployment team members on troubleshooting when necessary. • Provide documentation of the storage project.
• Provide knowledge transfer to customer IT staff after completing storage deployment.
• Have good understanding of SAN storage.

Essential Requirements

• Hands-on experience of configuration and troubleshooting with storage protocols.
• Hands-on experience with storage switches and routers is required.
• Understanding and hands-on experience with SAN is preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple, often competing, priorities and tasks and follow through to completion on strict deadlines.
• Ability to effectively communicate technical information, both verbal and written, to a wide range of end-users, including non-technical users.

Desirable Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or 5 years equivalent experience is required.
• Minimum 5 years of experience on storage design and implementation. • Dell Technologies storage or equivalent level of certification is preferred.

• Co-ordinate closely with Regional Sales Team, follow up after receiving Sales Contract;
• Respond and follow-up with customers enquires and technical problem
• Prepare service reports and maintain technical information
• On time monitoring of customer complain and feedback
• Ensure prompt response to and completion of work
• Planning installation schedule for Installer, IT & Trainer for flight reservation, hotel accommodations, visa application etc
• Packing of Spare parts for INA Hanger Systems
• Prepare Packing list/Delivery Order/Commercial Invoice to forwarder and customer
• Carry out daily scheduled maintenance and inspections;
• Liaising, coordinating and supervise with external repair vendors as required
• Able to perform ad-hoc duties as required

Requirements :

1. Higher NITEC or Diploma or its equivalent

2. Good verbal and written communication skills, able to communicate with people at all levels

3. Friendly and Customer Service Driven

4. Able to speak proficiently in both English and Mandarin (to liase with Mandarin speaking customers)

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conduct routine check on hygiene audit to improve and maintain good personal and food hygiene, safety and housekeeping standards of our production kitchen and F&B Partners.
• Pest control and cleanliness inspection and co-ordinate pest control and cleaning contractor service schedule.
• Work closely with Chief Culinary Officer for pest control, suppliers, food safety committee, F&B partners and recommend corrective measures to all food and hygiene related matters.
• Assist to enforce food safety and housekeeping procedures in compliance with SFA regulatory requirements.
• Monitor the status of SFA Food Handlers' Food Hygiene Certificates.
• Assist in implementation of 5S System with all Partners related to Food Safety and Hygiene related issues.
• To ensure the proper documentation to fulfill HACCP and Halal requirement of all Food and Hygiene matters.
• Any other duties and projects as assigned by reporting officer.

• Minimum 3 - 4 years of working experience in Quality Assurance (QA) / Quality Check (QC) experience in F&B industry is required.
• Candidate must possess at least Professional Certificate/NiTEC, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Food Technology/Nutrition/Dietetics, Food & Beverage Services Management or equivalent.
• Pest Control Inspection / HACCP/ 5S Knowledge is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Good written and oral communication skills.
