The Cook Supervisor reports to the Zone Manager. The main responsibilities of the Cook Supervisor, supervises and coordinates activities of food preparation, kitchen, pantry, and purchases or requisitions foodstuffs and kitchen supplies: Plans or participates in planning menus, preparing and apportioning foods, and utilizing food surpluses and leftovers.

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for the preparation and production of all dishes
• Preparing of food ingredients and cooking according to recipe
• To be responsible for food tasting & food supplements
• Care of shop sales & promotions: to offer a wide varieties of creative dishes
• To provide a high quality service standard
• Responsible for ordering of raw ingredients & dry goods (Stock Management)
• Staff Management at food stall/Cash Management/Problem Solving
• Responsible for the efficient functioning of the kitchen operations
• Food cost and wastage management
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness, hygiene and safety
• Follow the standard operating procedures (Fixtures&Lighting,Dishes Placing etc)
• Any ad-hoc duties/tasks assigned by the management

Requirements

Educational and Work experience

• Relevant experience required
• Good experience in cooking Chinese cuisine

• Manage and supervise production staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations

• Monitor and analyze production metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions
• Collaborate with other departments, such as procurement, engineering, and quality control, to ensure seamless operations and resolve production-related issues

• Implement and enforce safety protocols and quality standards to maintain a safe and compliant working environment
• Optimize production processes and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce costs
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure availability of raw materials and components for production
• Stay updated with industry trends, technologies, and best practices in manufacturing

Requirement:

• Related field; or releavant certifications is an advantages
• Experience as a Production Manager or in a similar manufacturing leadership role
• In-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes, lean principles, and quality management systems
• Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team
• Proficiency in using manufacturing software and systems for production planning and control
• Must be able to work night shift or split shift
• Must be able to work extra hours or weekend if needed

Job Responsibilities:

· Create and draft all the layouts of swimming pool filtration Systems using BIM modelling / AutoCAD

· Handle 2D & 3D modelling, coordination and shop drawing for using Autodesk Revit and Auto CAD

· Liaise with and understand requirements from project teams, Consultants and Contractors.

· Ensure all productions are completed on schedule or in a timely manner.

· To be involved in coordination, prepare a specification, and liaise with project engineers for approval drawing submission

Job Requirements:

· Degree in Mechanical Engineering

· Relevant Experience ( Swimming Pool filtration system Must)

· Revit/ BIM

· Experience in swimming pool filtration system installation company

• Identify Sales Gap and work with manager to propose close gap measures
• Monitor Competitor activities & submit monthly report
• Conduct regular customer visits to understand customers’ needs and to improve customer retention and relationship
• Develop, plan & execute channel strategies to achieve sales objectives
• Generating and developing sales to achieve assigned sales targets and monthly KPI
• Planning & executing promotion at the outlets to meet trade excellence.
• Regularly servicing stores as per designated coverage
• Performing to DSO/debt collection and resolving long outstanding where applicable
• Opening new outlets and attending sales enquiries
• Other responsibilities as assigned by superior and company.
• Coordinate with operations teams to ensure timely delivery.

• Secondary School/N/O Levels with 1-2 years' sales experience in food & beverage industry.

• Positive attitude and a team player but with ability to work independently
• Possess a valid Class 3 or 3A Singapore driving license
• Able to communicate in various languages
