• Operate a Help Desk to manage all issues relating to facilities feedback, service requests, and any other issues.

• RESPONSIBLE FOR THE DEVELOPMENT AND PRODUCTION OF ALL MARKETING RELATED PUBLICITY MATERIALS, MANAGE SOCIAL MEDIA CALENDAR
• TASK TO GROW, MANAGE AND REPORTING OF TAN LEE ET AND PYROAST’S DATABASE
• REACHING OUT & LIAISING WITH THIRD-PARTY VENDORS & REPRESENTATIVES
• VIDEOGRAPHY EXPERIENCE IS OPTIONAL, BUT WOULD BE IDEAL
• CREATIVE AND LIKES TO PUSH BOUNDARIES WITH UNIQUE IDEAS
• ASSIST IN ANY DAILY LOGISTIC & MARKETING AD-HOD TASKS

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum Degree/Diploma in Marketing/Mass Communications or related discipline
• At least 4.0 years of experience in Marketing/Marketing Communications of arts, cultural, or lifestyle products/services/events
• Savvy in videography and photography, digital marketing, experience in content marketing (content creation and content distribution) and social media campaigns
• Creative, meticulous and proactive individual with can-do attitude, a team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
• Able to effectively adapt to changes, excellent time management with strong ability to organise, prioritise, and manage multiple duties and assignments
• Proficient in spoken and written English with strong writing and proofreading skills, Chinese is a BONUS!
• Proficient in Adobe Premier Pro, Photoshop and Illustrators, Microsoft Office will be an advantage
• Flexibility with regards to work days and hours (able to work on weekends, eve of Public Holidays and Public Holidays if necessary).
• Possess own transportation.

Responsibilities:

• Work with our specialist team on the Common Fleet Management System (CFMS).
• Monitor bus service performance in a real-time environment and take the necessary actions to minimise service delays, using online resources and support systems
• Resolve emergencies and restore service disruptions to ensure service reliability of our buses on the roads
• Support the team in achieving optimal deployment of buses and Bus Captains

Requirements:

• GCE 'A' Levels / Diploma in any discipline
• Relevant working experience in Operations is an advantage
• Analytical, with excellent problem-solving and organisational skills
• Composed, with the ability to respond effectively to stressful or unpredictable situations
• Proficient in MS Office applications
• Able to perform shift work
• Ability to identify colours (as candidates are required to monitor the system, which require good attentive and good eye sights to avoid any inconvenience or missed out)
• Service Controller to communicate and take emergencies enquiries from Chinese/Malay/Indian/Eurasian Bus Captains. Proficiency in Mandarin/English is essential.

Job Description

• Perform inspections and testing of Framo pumping systems on board vessels.
• Carry out troubleshooting and repairs on Framo systems, both electrical and mechanical.
• Assist with repairs & overhauls of various types of Framo equipment in our workshop.
• Participate in vessel dockings and commissioning work at shipyard.
• Perform work at offshore installations as required.
• Prepare professional reports from attended jobs.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Nitec in Mechanical/ Electrical/Marine Engineering or similar.
• Willing to travel overseas and work flexible hours on occasions.
• Can work both independently and as a team.
• Knowledge in PLC based control systems and/or Hydraulic systems.
• Automation or instrumentation experience an advantage.
