The Role

As an IT Services Champion, you will oversee the IT service catalogue, ensuring alignment with business needs and compliance with procurement and cybersecurity standards. You will manage access rights and ensure smooth solution transitions. As a user satisfaction advocate, working with IT service accounts, actively engage with users to identify and resolve issues, and drive continuous service improvement through surveys and feedback. You must ensure the effectiveness of core IT service management processes, including service account management, incident/problem management, change management, and IT service transition. You must be well-versed in cybersecurity controls and manage breaches. You will monitor and report on service performance, ensuring SLAs and OLAs are met, and KPIs support continuous improvement. Your Profile

We seek a highly motivated individual with a Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering or Computer Science. Your ideal skillset includes certifications in MCSE, ITIL, and project management (PMP, Prince2). You must have at least 7 years of IT service delivery and support experience, demonstrably led cross-functional teams and managed service accounts. Additionally, you must possess 5+ years of active engagement with senior stakeholders at all stages of IT service deployments. Experience with third-party vendors is a plus.
