Job Responsibilities:

• Register and screen patients efficiently at the counter.
• Handle accurate billing and ensure timely collection of payments.
• Ensure the clinic’s facilities are prepared and ready for daily operations.
• Assist clinicians and therapists during consultations.
• Coordinate patient care by scheduling first-time and follow-up appointments.
• Manage patient wait times and keep them informed of any delays.

Job Description

• Industry/Organization Type: Distributors & Servicing of Boiler and Laundry Equipment
• Position Title: Service Technician
• Working Location: Nearest MRT – Toa Payoh/Potong Pasir
• Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8 am – 5 pm, Saturday, 8 am – 1 pm
• Salary Package: Up to $2,800 + AWS + VB + OT
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Execute installation tasks for equipment such as steam boilers and laundry machines.
• Conduct repairs, perform troubleshooting, and provide servicing for various equipment types.
• Respond promptly to service requests and perform maintenance work at customer locations as needed.
