RESPONSIBILITIES

This Role will be responsible for supervising the Production and distribution of Fish & Seafood, Poultry & Beef. He/She will lead the respective organization with regards to the everyday pertaining to:

• Employee safety and Quality

Key Responsibilities:

Production Operation

• Monitor daily production quantity to ensure output meets the planned targets & target quality
• Re-deployment of production staff in production lines if necessary for better efficiency.
• Serves as an escalation point and resolves complex and diverse operational problems.
• Initiate process improvement within production lines / Department
• Ensure compliance to workplace safety standards and policy at all times.

Assist / Work with Production Planner on:

• Oversee inventory levels of all ingredients and finished products; rebalance inventory regularly.
