Working hours: Shift work(2 shifts, 8 hours/shift); 8:30am – 4:30pm // 2:30pm – 10:30pm
Salary: $2600 - $2900

Youth Work Associate will be working with the youths staying in an institutional facility, which focus on community rehabilitation.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the residents on a daily basis; manage the welfare, discipline and standards of regimentation in the institution.
• Support the shift during emergency.
• Deliver Trauma-informed practices in daily interactions.
• Ensure safety and security of premises, include perform body & property check, carry out security patrols, dormitory checks, and conduct urine test (when necessary)
• Manage and provide care for the daily living needs of the residents in the Hostel.
• Plan and conduct engagement activities in educational and recreational programmes for the residents
• Able to develop positive relationship with the residents.
• Facilitate proactive and restorative circles (attain competence)
• Involve in admission process.
• Involve in taskforce, to assist and execute tasks required from the taskforce.

Job Scope:-

• To achieve set fundraising targets through planning and implementation of assigned fund-raising events and campaigns.
• To manage key donor accounts, primarily individuals, churches, schools and the general public. This role involves regular communications, tracking donations and development of the donor engagement plan.
