Summary
As a Reservations Agent, you will be responsible for handling guest inquiries and reservations, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring guest satisfaction. You will be working closely with the front office and sales teams to maximize room revenue and occupancy.
Job Responsibilities
· Handle guest inquiries and reservations via phone, email, and online channels
· Ensure accurate and timely processing of reservations
· Provide guests with information about hotel facilities, services, and promotions
· Maximize room revenue and occupancy by upselling and cross-selling
· Collaborate with front office, revenue and sales teams to ensure smooth operations
· Resolve guest complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
· Maintain accurate records of reservations and guest preferences
· Attend all briefings, meetings and trainings as assigned by management.
· Perform other reasonable duties assigned by the assigned by the Management.
Qualifications / Requirements
· Minimum Diploma in Hospitality or related field
· At least 1 year of experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry
· Knowledge in Opera is advantageous but not compulsory
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
· Proficient in Microsoft Office
· Good command of English and a second language is a plus
