Middle & Back Office, HEDGE FUNDS

Primary Responsibilities and Oversight:

• Primarily focused on handling of Hedge Funds (both Cayman and VCCs)
• Supporting day-to-day Middle and Back Office operations
• Monitor operational and risk metrics and escalate potential issues or anomalies
• Review NAV reporting packs
• Reconcile accounts, or reviewing reconciliations prepared by Offshore team and correcting any variances in a timely manner
• Assisting with the Financial Audit of Funds
• Primary point of contact for Level 1 support for allocated Hedge Fund Managers
• Post compliance approval, liaise with investor and fund administrator regarding subscriptions and redemptions
• Broker account setup for existing fund
• Check accuracy of invoices and set up for timely payment

Requirements:

· Managing and maintain records of the incidents and all circumstances and events occurring.

· Perform accident / near miss investigations and report findings with the recommended corrective actions to prevent recurrence to respective management.
