The Regional CFO will oversee financial performance management, strategic financial planning, and operational efficiency for the Asia-Pacific region across 11 countries. Key Responsibilities

1. Corporate Business Performance Management

• Monitor and evaluate weekly/monthly sales, market shares, and key performance indicators (KPIs) for the Asia-Pacific region.
• Ensure alignment of sales subsidiary performance to corporate objectives through effective coordination with financial planning teams in each country.
• Analyze gaps between actual performance and various financial targets (e.g., Moving Plans, Basic Plans).
• Regularly review and report on market share trends across the region to provide actionable insights to top management.

2. Reporting and Analysis

• Compile and present high-quality weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc business reports to global HQ.

3. Budget Management and Control

• Lead the annual budget planning process for the region, ensuring precision and alignment with corporate targets.
• Manage and control financial systems (e.g., GNMS, APMS) across subsidiaries for seamless execution.
• Collaborate closely with Corporate Marketing teams to monitor and adjust marketing budgets, ensuring optimal resource allocation.

4. Leadership and Team Coordination

• Serve as a key point of contact between HQ and Asia-Pacific sales subsidiaries for business performance updates and issue resolution.
• Guide and mentor financial planning teams across the region to maintain high performance standards.
• Build and sustain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including planning teams, product managers, and senior executives.

•To itemise existing processes and identify breaches regarding data protection requirements (APAC local regulation & GDPR requirements)

Special Qualifications (If required)

•Degree holder in legal,business or computer science or IT

•At Least 5 years of relevant experience in IT risk, Cyber security, Data Protection and related regulatory topics

•CIPP Certification or similar privacy certificate would be a plus

a very good understanding of EU GDPR with IAPP/E certification

•3-5 years relevant working experience in privacy is a minimum

•5-8 years in total working experience

•Previous APAC or cross-territory experience preferred

•Experience in senior level reporting and discussion

Working Hours: Monday - Thursday 830am to 6pm; Friday 830am to 530pm

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the execution of procurement contracts from working with stakeholders on requisition, sourcing, evaluation, seeking approval for award and contract management.
• Understands and operationalise the Policies and Procedures to meet with business needs, including coordinating with various stakeholders and providing advisories to requestors to facilitate sound buying decisions through the right balance between public accountability, the prudent use of funds and operational efficiency.
• Supporting sharing and training of Procurement Procedures to stakeholders.
• Ensure the delivery of the Procurement’s Service Level Agreements commitments.
• Participates and collaborate with various stakeholders in cross functional improvement projects including developing change management plans, evaluating the impact of planned change, identifying risks and mitigation plans.
• Participates in audit review findings/lapses and propose changes to governance policies and procedures; support audit reviews, investigations, and internal process improvements to resolve identified issues with relevant stakeholders.
• Perform demand aggregation in partnership with stakeholders using insights and trends from data analytics to leverage on organisational volume.
• Foster effective collaboration and ensure strong communication lines with key stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in procurement, candidates with lesser experience will be considered for more junior roles (training provided).
• Good understanding of Government Procurement policies will be advantageous.
• High achieving, independent individual with clear communication skills for stakeholder persuasion and management reporting
