Job Description & Requirements

• To study and familiarise with the whole development’s organisation, Site conditions, Conditions of Contract, Conditions of Sub-contract, M&E Specification/Drawings, Architectural, Interior, Structural and Specialist drawings, Coordination of M&E, Architectural, Interior, Structural and Specialist elements

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with stakeholders and analyse inputs from customer satisfaction survey results

Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering with minimum 3 years of relevant experience in operation management of contact center / service desk

• Hands-on experience on End-user Computing, Active Directory, Office365, Exchange Admin Centre

• Experience in low-code platform e.g. UiPath, Outsystems, Power Query

• Good interpersonal, communication, and organization skills

• Analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work autonomously

• Preferably ITIL Certified, knowledge of ServiceNow, APIs, data integration and transformation and programming experience

Your assignment

• Oversee the overall operations of the Fire Command Centre within the retail units and ensure all related emergencies are attended and effectively dealt with in a timely manner.

• Responsible in identifying potential problems related to safety and security and ensure prompt reporting to the Safety & Security Team for resolution, including, but not limited to malfunction in facilities, evacuation routes obstructions, safety and health hazards in and around the premises, etc.
• Report any occurrences of accidents, injuries and unsafe work conditions promptly to the Duty Manager and Safety & Security Team.
• Assist to carry out specific deployment tasks (Patrol, cash escort, checkout, loss prevention strategies, etc.) and ensure that all tasks are carried out effectively and promptly.
• Ensure all incidents are properly reported and escalated in the incident reporting system, ensuring proper documentation and follow up actions.
