2. Reservation Management- Handle room reservations via phone, email, and in-person.
   Update and maintain the hotel’s reservation system.
   
3. Customer Service- Address guest inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and professionally.
   Provide information about hotel services, local attractions, and amenities.
   
4. Administrative Tasks- Maintain accurate records of guest information and billing.
   Prepare and manage daily reports, including occupancy and revenue statistics.
   
5. Communication Coordination- Liaise with housekeeping and maintenance staff to ensure guest needs are met.
   Assist in coordinating special requests or arrangements for guests.
   
6. Security and Safety- Ensure the security of guest information and payment details.
   Follow safety protocols and report any suspicious activities.

Job Responsibilities

• Oversee the full recruitment and talent acquisition process.
• Manage vacancy requisitions and update manpower transactions.
• Post job openings through internal and external channels.
• Coordinate with recruitment agencies to source suitable candidates.
• Conduct interviews, screen applicants, and select candidates that meet the hiring managers' requirements.
• Administer work passes and manage the onboarding process for new hires.
• Participate in career talks and job fairs.
• Prepare monthly recruitment reports.
• Assist in developing and implementing recruitment strategies for the company.
• Help organize Workplace Health Promotion and company recreational activities.
• Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by your supervisor.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in recruitment or relevant HR roles.
• Strong understanding of HR functions and processes.

Additional Information:

• Salary: Up to SGD 3,500 +AWS +VB
• Working Location: Tuas
• Working Days: 5 Days' work week, 7.50am to 4.55pm
