Job Title: Dormitory Officer

Department: Operations

Accountability: Deputy Dormitory Manager / Operations Manager

Basic Function: Responsible for all aspects of security and safety of the residents, commercial tenants, and the employees in the premises.

Responsibilities and Authorities:

1. Manage Security Control Centre and maintain logbooks.
2. Perform patrol and handle security matters in the premises and its perimeter.
3. Issue of Visitor / Contractor / VIP and gym pass.
4. Accompany contractor / service personnel to work areas.
5. Maintain Sick Bay records, Lost & Found, etc.
6. Registering prohibited items and Residents feedback.
7. Conduct bag check during Resident check-in.
8. Respond to fire alarm activation and coordinate with Fire Control Centre (FCC) on follow up action.
9. Attend any emergencies at the dormitory.
10. All other duties assigned by immediate superior from time to time.
