• Attendance tracking: Monitor class attendance and manage late cancellations and no-shows according to studio policies.
• Event coordination: Assist in organizing workshops, special events, and promotions to enhance client engagement and attract new participants.
• Studio policies and procedures: Adherence to studio policies and SOPs, ensure all policies are well-communicated and followed by both clients and staff.
• Sales and retail management: Handle sales of merchandise and products available in the studio
• Miscellaneous administrative tasks: Assist with any other administrative duties necessary for the smooth operation of the studio.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.

• Basic understanding of computer and point of sale systems.

• CPR/AED certification is a plus.
