As a Learning Designer, you will be responsible for working hand in hand with the subject matter experts (SMEs), project manager, graphic animators, and programmers to create interactive storyboards and e-learning content for our high-profile clients.

This is a role for a creative individual with excellent aesthetic judgement and willingness to collaborate within a team environment. You will be an integral part of every stage in the creative process, from conceptualization to client amendments.

The responsibilities include, but not limited to:

• Develop e-learning content that matches with the SMEs’ objectives and requirements.
• Analyze and revise content for learning needs.
• Work with Three Learning’s production team in communicating your designs.
• Create storyboards for media to support learning (e.g. various multimedia for eLearning and online).
• Perform pedagogical research on effective e-learning methodologies.
• Develop materials such as User’s Guides, Instructor’s Guides, and Teaching Plans, etc.
• Assist to develop promotional information and presentations for marketing.
• Any other tasks related to the delivery of online content.
• Develop and design assessments and quizzes.

• ReRequired Qualifications
• Degree/Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Proven work experience in an IT support function such as a Service Desk Agent, Desktop Support
• Engineer, or other similar roles
• Working knowledge and experience on ITSM ticketing tools (e.g., Cherwell, ServiceNow, etc.)
• Working knowledge and experience on computer hardware, OS, software, and applications both
• in Windows and Mac environment
• Comfortable in supporting users over the phone, onsite, or remotely using remote access tools
• such as Teamviewer
• Possess an ITIL v3 and above Foundation certification is an advantage, but not mandatory
• Experience in providing support for mobile devices (iOS and Android)

Key Responsibilities

• Meeting with clients to discuss design objectives, project budgets, and client's preferences.
• Conceptualizing and developing design concepts, graphics, and layouts for the project.
• Selecting and specifying materials, furniture, fixtures, and finishes.
• Creating detailed drawings and 3D renderings of the design using software.
• Regularly communicating with clients to provide updates and gather feedback.
• Ensuring the final design is functional, aesthetically pleasing, and meets all safety standards and regulations.
• Site supervision and project coordination.
• Schedule workflow to meet customer's move-in date.
• Work closely with subcontractor and supplier to ensure project work smoothly.
