The Lead UI/UX Designer co-leads the Design team on projects that include all UI/UX components, including but not limited to pre-sales activities, and to manage and handle design proposals and effort estimation in pre-sales activities, and also manages external design partners/freelancers working on the projects.

The role of the Lead UI/UX Designer is to advocate and evangelize UX within the organization and beyond, raising awareness and appreciation of the value and impact of user-centered design.
