- Involvement in stage production like backline and audio setup for events and concerts

- Involvement in backline and audio setup for rehearsals in studio

- Manage and coordinate event and studio logistics

• Job Description:
• To assist with receiving guests into the restaurant including answering reservations via telephone.
• To serve food courses & alcoholic beverages (whenever needed) to guests.
• To assist guests regarding menu items in an informative & helpful way.
• To assist in monitoring and maintaining inventory levels of food, beverages, and supplies, notifying management when supplies need to be replenished.
• To maintain cleanliness of work areas, chinaware, glassware, etc throughout the day.
• To handle cash transactions accurately, process payments, and operate the cash register or POS system in compliance with company policies.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• 5 days work week / on rotating shifts.
• Preferably 1 year of experience in similar capacity.
• A good team player and be able to relate to different levels of people.
• Able to work overtime, on weekends & public holidays when required.
• Singaporeans & PR only.

To answer phone calls and emails, record payments received by subsidiary proprietors. To prepare monthly payments by cheques and ibanking transactions. Assist the operation department in liasing with contractors or vendors when needed.
