Job Responsibility:

· Perform accounts receivables activities.

· Perform banking activities such as trade financing, cashflow monitoring and payment verification.

· Perform data entry & monthly closing procedures in the SAP system.

· Maintain supporting documents required for year-end audit purposes.

· Maintain required tax schedule file for yearly tax purposes.

· Reconcile and prepare monthly input tax GST reports for quarterly GST reporting purposes.

· Check MES permit listing and maintain the MES permit file on a quarterly basis.

· Support credit review activities.

· Any other duties as requested by the direct supervisor and manager

Technical Skills:

· Familiarity with bookkeeping and basic accounting procedures and principles

· Competency in MS Office (Microsoft word, excel, outlook) and accounting software

· Basic math skills

· Ability to analyse figures

· Can use email and internet

Responsibilities:

1. Lead the development and execution of the overall digital strategy and roadmap.
2. Collaborate with external agencies to define precise marketing objectives and measurable goals.
3. Recommend marketing budgets, oversee spending on digital campaigns, and manage relationships with external agencies.
4. Manage the creation of on-site and off-site content for SEO purposes, strategically building backlinks and partnerships for improved SEO performance.
5. Supervise the design and production of marketing collaterals and assets.
6. Coordinate with external marketing agencies for on-site marketing and partnerships with key stakeholders like universities.
7. Ensure alignment of content calendar with campaign promotions, special events, and brand guidelines.
8. Identify the most effective marketing channels and content types based on user journeys and target personas.
9. Develop comprehensive content marketing and digital marketing plans.
10. Monitor, analyze, and optimize the performance of paid/organic channels and campaigns.
11. Take ownership of marketing KPIs for each content asset class and marketing channel.
12. Promote marketing assets and content across diverse social media platforms.
13. Collaborate with agencies for Search Engine Optimization, website analytics, and website content enhancement.
14. Conduct A/B testing in close collaboration with agencies to enhance ad performance.
15. Monitor and manage cost-per-click to maximize investment returns.
16. Draft clear briefs with specific, measurable targets for short-term promotion campaigns and oversee their implementation.
17. Deliver comprehensive reporting on the performance of short-term campaigns.

Required skills and attributes:

1. Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in business, marketing, public relations and Communications or related majors.
2. Preferably with at least 3-5 years of marketing experience. Prior experience in digital marketing will be a major advantage.
3. Any experience with tools in EDM, analytics and marketing automation are advantageous
4. Possess good analytical, planning and organisation skills.
5. A good team player and able to work independently.
6. Ability to work well under pressure and tight timeline.
7. Performance oriented and put in the effort to exceed expectations
8. Experience in managing a team
