Our client is one of Singapore's Leading Specialists for Buddhist funeral services and you will be responsible for managing funeral transfers and services, preparing monthly schedules for ground staff, and handling petty cash and vehicle-related matters. They work closely with all departments, oversee the Customer Service Team by assisting with phone duties and managing funeral parlours, and ensure the Operations Team adheres to company policies and processes. Job Description

We are looking for a Clinic Assistant to deliver exceptional service and support our clinic operations in Novena. The role involves front desk duties, patient registration, handling calls, processing payments, and assisting with clinical tasks.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Frontline Service: Deliver excellent customer service, managing patient inquiries and registrations.
• Appointment Coordination: Schedule appointments and manage patient registration efficiently.
• Communication: Handle phone calls and address patient inquiries in a professional manner.

Additional Information

Deployment:

Scope of Works:

• Main Duty - Customer Service Duty (mindset has to meet the realist challenges and demands of a Primary School setting)
• To answer phone calls, manage visitors, takes messages, responds to enquiries and provide general useful information (in a very dynamic environment where calls are volumous)
• Able to use school implemented IT system for administrative purposes.
• To handle daily varied demands and queries from parents / students / vendors / staff etc
