• Assist in school’s General Office operations such as answering phone calls/walk-ins in a timely manner; taking and relaying messages where necessary
• Attend to sick/injured students, ensuring such cases are recorded in the office log book
• Assist in office administration matters and clerical work, including receiving, sorting and distributing daily mail /deliveries /posts/ couriers, maintaining a log book.
• Maintain the tidiness and cleanliness of the Reception Area at all times
• Any other duties as assigned by the P/VPs/HODs/AM

Work Schedule:

• Salary: Up to $2390
• Contract Period: 2 Jan 2025 to 31 Dec 2026
• Nearest MRT: Admiralty
• Working days: Mon to Fri
• Working hours: Mon to Thurs: 7:00 am to 4:15 pm, Fri: 7:00 am to 3:45 pm

*Inclusive of 45mins lunch break

*Working Hours depending on school's schedule

*Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays*

Job Requirement:

• Full GCE ‘O’ Level Certificate or its equivalentStrong interpersonal and communication skills
• Good communication and inter-personal skills
• Familiar with the use of computers and relevant software applications including Microsoft Excel, Word etc
• Has relevant working experience in service-related industry such as customer service, retail etc
• Should preferably has some experience working with children or in a school environment
