Key Responsibilities (Summary):

1. Resourcing & Recruitment:Advertise job vacancies and work with recruitment agencies.
   
2. Onboarding & Offboarding:Assist with new hire onboarding (email setup, laptop, HR system updates, orientation).
   Manage offboarding (resignation approval, access termination, tax clearance for EP/SP holders).
   
3. Training & Development:Coordinate training initiatives, collect training needs, and submit claims for government funding.
