Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our vibrant dance studio team. This role is pivotal in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our customers while efficiently managing inquiries and sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer customer inquiries and provide information about classes, schedules, and studio policies.
• Address customer needs and resolve issues promptly to ensure a positive experience.
• Sell dance packages and handle renewals, maintaining accurate records of transactions.
• Maintain the front desk area and ensure it is well-organized and inviting.
• Collaborate with instructors and staff to coordinate schedules and special events.
• Perform administrative tasks as needed to support the daily operations of the studio.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or experience in customer service is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with scheduling software.

Compensation:

• Basic Salary: $2,500 per month
• Commission on sales of packages and renewal deals

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive talent management strategies aligned with business goals.
• Lead end-to-end recruitment process for open positions including management of recruitment agencies
• Responsible for onboarding and offboarding
• Partner with business leaders to conduct talent gap analysis to address skill-knowledge gaps
• Manage and track key talent management metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, cost-per-hire) for process improvement.
• Stay up to date on the latest HR trends and best practices in talent management and development.
• Ensure compliance to all relevant employment laws and regulations in Singapore.
• Plan the annual training program by identifying training needs by leading and performing Training Needs Analysis including training administration.
• Responsible for employee relations matters
• Lead and support Ad-hoc HR Projects.

Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure matching procedure is in place for payments processing purposes
• Resolve all invoices discrepancies and respond to enquiries on payment status
• Monitor and prioritize invoices for urgent payments
• Ensure proper and timely settlement of all invoices from vendors.
• Ensure all fully paid invoices/documents are clearly marked as paid and filed in an orderly manner within the accounting system.
• In charge of month end posting for all payment entries
• Perform bank reconciliation after passing adjustment journal entry in system cash book
• Assist in preparation of audit schedules
• Compile all the Import clearance permits for GST filing purposes
• Filling and keeping proper records of the payment documents
• Process staff claim
• Confirm and record all intercompany transactions and balances with the subsidiaries in the group accurately
• Train new staff in the AP process and operation flow
• Carrying out of ad-hoc tasks assigned
• Assist the Finance Manager and team in any ad hoc requirements or projects
• Assist in yearly stock take

Job Requirements:

• Possess minimum a Diploma in Accounting
• Good in Microsoft Office
• Knowledge in ERP system
