Job Description & Requirements:

• Develop, organize, plan, and execute projects while adhering to constraints such as budgets and schedules.

• Manage subcontractors and suppliers with a prepared, organized, clear, concise, and respectful approach.
• Create and maintain work schedules for all projects.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in project management, renovation, or construction fields.
• Strong time management and organizational skills, capable of handling multiple projects concurrently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Google SketchUp and Autodesk AutoCAD is advantageous.

(d) Attend to photocopier breakdowns in staff rooms
