Responsibilities:
- Prepare, execute and manage all trade financial instruments
- Prepare the full set of L/C negotiation document for bank submission;
- Communicate with Customers / with other departments for necessary arrangements such as confirmation of price fixing, payment arrangement
- Management of trade / shipping documents;
- Recording trade data and ensure accuracy of various reports/calculations;
- Account Receivable / Account Payable checks;
- Maintain proper filing of documentation
- Supporting necessary auditing and internal compliance requirements
- Coordination of structuring business process;
- Any ad-hoc duties assigned.
Requirements:
- Degree holder
- At least 4-5 years of relevant LC/SBLC experience
- Banking knowledge of LC/SBLC and UCP600
- Good knowledge on international commodity trade (INCOTERMS, trade finance)
