Responsibilities:

• Provide receptionist duties at front counter
• Prepare and dispense medications
• Assist doctors during consultation and clinical procedures (if necessary)
• Ensure accuracy of clinical data entry into computer system
• Able to apply basic patient care
• Maintain filling system, coordinate appointments and other admin duties
• Liase with various insuarnce company and make payment arrangement
• Any other task as directed by the Clinic Manager or Doctor

Requirements:

• Min Nitec or Diploma in any field of study
• Prior Healthcare Business Office / Clinic Assistant / PSA experience would be good
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office

This is a full-time, onsite, Printing cum Administration Assistant Role in MOE School. If you are selected,

You will work closely with the Admin Manager (AM) in an MOE school (nearest MRT- Choa Chu Kang) in the day-to-day activities.

(a) Photocopy, laminate, bind, shred documents;

(b) Monitor and ensure adequate supplies in Printing Room, such as:

- Toner, staples, paper, laminating films, binding rings.

- Request forms and stationery for staff use;

(c) Maintain the Printing Room in a neat and clean condition;

(d) Attend to photocopier breakdowns in staff rooms

- To check the cause of breakdowns before calling the serviceman;

(e) To liaise with vendors on the maintenance schedule and repairing of photocopier machines; and

(f) Any other administration duties as assigned by school e.g. sort/ distribute and file documents, cover walk-ins/ calls.

Job Requirements:

a. Able to speak and read English;
