JOB DESCRIPTION

· Assist project managers with administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and taking meeting minutes.

· Organize project-related documentation, including contracts, agreements, and correspondence, and maintain accurate records

· Facilitate communication among project team members, stakeholders, and external partners through email, phone calls, and other channels

· Distribute project-related information, updates, and deliverables to ensure everyone is informed and aligned

· Serve as a point of contact for inquiries, requests, and issues related to the project, and escalate as needed

· Assist in drafting and editing project-related documents, presentations, and proposals as required

· Monitor project timelines, milestones, and deadlines, and remind team members of upcoming tasks and deliverables

· Track project expenses, budgets, and resource allocations, and report any discrepancies or variances to project managers

· Support project managers in identifying risks, issues, and dependencies, and assist in implementing mitigation strategies

JOB REQUIREMENTS

· Minimum Diploma and above

· Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously

· Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with a customer service-oriented approach.

· Proficiency in MS Office applications

· Attention to detail and accuracy in handling documentation, data, and information

· Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues from diverse backgrounds
