• Drive traffic to the store/ site by using social media such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and eDMs.
• Upkeep the shop faade, display fixtures and storage areas.

The Assistant Operations Manager plays a crucial role in supporting the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the retail business operations.

You will –

• Set weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales and service standard targets, and lead the front-line sales staff to achieve them
• Manage in-store operations in retail stores and department counters, that include but not limited to – staffing, sales training, inventory and warehouse management, restocking, renovation and visual merchandising, logistics and sourcing, customer service, order fulfilment
• Liaise with retail operations team and department store buyers on a regular basis
• Assist in hiring and training front-line sales staff with the goal to provide the best service standard in the industry while helping the sales staff achieve their highest potential and satisfaction in the job
• Actively identify and solve any issues in store and people operations in a timely manner
• Plan and manage in-store marketing events based on yearly campaign calendar
• Take charge of online operations that include but not limited to online partnerships, campaign planning, order fulfilment
• Source and lead business partnerships to expand our sales channels and increase our brand awareness
