Position Overview

The Front Office Executive is responsible for the accurate, courteous, and efficient check-in/check-out of hotel guests. The incumbent handles and provides information to any guest or visitor inquiry, processesrl all payments according to established hotel requirements, answers calls at the front desk and alerting hotel staff of VIP arrivals.

The Role

1. Attend to guests needs in a calm and courteous manner
2. Handle guests’ inquiries and provide prompt responses and assistance
3. Promote positive relations with all individuals who come in contact
4. Maintain confidentiality of all guest information and pertinent hotel data
5. Work cohesively with other departments and co-workers as part of a team
6. Analyze and resolve problems while exercising good judgment
7. Be an ambassador to the Hotel at all times, in and outside of one's workplace

Talent Profile

1. Prior experience as Receptionist

Responsibilities:

· Preparing of financial data entry into accounting system

· Bank Reconciliation

· Prepare management accounts

· Prepare financial statements

· Prepare Tax computations

· Prepare goods and services tax

· Related duties assigned by the management

Requirements:

· Bilingual in English and Mandarin

· Minimum 1 year relevant experience in firm

· Training provided

· Diploma in accountancy / Degree in Accounting / Ongoing ACCA / ACCA graduate

· Basic knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting entries

· Eager to learn and able to work independently under pressure

· Positive attitude, meticulous and someone with initiative

· Possess strong honesty, integrity and confidentiality

· Good communications skill and interpersonal skills

Accounts Assistant [6 months contract]

• 5 days, 9am-6pm
• Salary: $2200-$2600
• Address: The Westgate, Jurong East

Job scope:

• Ensure timeliness and accuracy of month end closing.
• Perform daily accounting duties which include data entries into the accounting system.
• Reconcile monthly intercompany balances and transactions.
• Prepare monthly bank reconciliations.
• Maintain proper filing system and accurate accounting records.
• Ensure that the transactions comply with FRS, internal accounting policies, control procedures and tax regulations.
• Any other tasks, administrative duties or ad-hoc projects as assigned by direct manager.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Navision or Microsoft D365 is an added advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office especially Word and Excel.
• Experience in handling full spectrum of Accounts Payables.
