If the company requires the Assistant Accountant to be able to create financial documents for tax returns or do the actual filing of tax returns, a Preparer Tax Identification Number is essential. If the Assistant Accountant is required to conduct audits or review financial statements, then they would need to be a Certified Public Accountant. Depending upon the role and function that the newly hired accountant is to fill, additional certification such as Certified Internal Auditor, Chartered Financial Analyst or Certified Fraud Examiner may be required.

Job Description

• Ensures compliance with approved nursing standards.
• Assesses and delivers quality geriatric/dementia nursing care.
• Conducts pre-assessment of new clients referred by AIC.
• Ensures clients' enrollment complies with SOP.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with Singapore Nursing Board
• Degree or Diploma in Nursing
• Advanced / Specialist Diploma in Geriatric / Community Nursing an added advantage
• Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience is preferred

Key Objectives:
The incumbent will cover operations across the Company's office. Responsible for welcoming visitors, coordinating meetings, appointments and directing various outlets operations and administrative projects.

Responsibilities:

• Manage phone calls, emails, letters, packages, etc
• Maintaining contact directory list
• Assist in Company engagement activities and event coordination
• Handle agendas, travel arrangements for the Management
• Inform departments of meeting schedules via calendar invites
• Manage correspondences and reply on behalf for the Management
• Coordinate and ensure meetings schedule are up to date
• Attend Management meetings and minutes to follow up
• Assist in Business Development related Tenancy Agreement with outlets Management (includes new and renewal)
• Manage leasing, contracts, renovation and coordination with Operation team
• Perform general administrative duty with focus on outlet operations
• Facilitate communications between operations and HQ departments
• Organize filing systems for document retrieval
• Manage utilities and merchant account processes for HQ and outlets

Requirement:

• Diploma or relevant certifications in administration / secretarial studies
• Min. 2 years of relevant experience
• Experience with Zoom, Outlook, Leasing Coordination, Minutes Taking and Calendar Management
