Duties

• Performing admin duties (e.g., Filing, Invoicing, Raising PO).
• Provide administrative and coordination support to the sales team on invoicing, daily payment collection, IU commissioning etc.
• Process LTA vehicle registration/vehicle ownership transfer, forklift inspection approval.
• Handling pre-delivery inspection admin duties.
• Handling shipping administrative duties.
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the superior.
• Working hours: 9am to 6pm (Mon-Fri), 9am to 1pm (Alternate Sat).
• Work location: Leng Kee Road

Job Requirements

• Minimum O-level or equivalent
• At least 2 or more years of relevant working experience
• Good knowledge in Microsoft Office.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to work independently and with a good working attitude.

Assistant Supervisor

Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Supervise & coordinate the activities at project site.
• Plan and lead installation Team.
• Control and maintain the safe and smooth progress of work.
• Carry out works scheduling, material requisition, cost control, project supervision and documentation.
• Assist the Project Manager in managing and monitoring daily site operations.
• Carry out inspection to ensure efficient production within the project plan.
• Ensure safety compliance and procedures are adopted on site.
• Keep and update detailed daily site reports and records of work done.
• Would usually travel from site-to-site to supervise and help out as much as possible at the site.
• Handle any other ad-hoc duties and tasks assigned

Requirements:

• Education Level: ITC/Diploma in mechanical engineering field
• Building Construction Supervisors Safety Certificate
• Min 2-3 years’ experience in sheet metal fabrication house or related industries
• Willing to learn and work under pressure.
• Good communicative skills, able to interact with people of all levels.
• Excellent project skills.
• Class 3 License
