Responsibilities:

• Lead and provide overall direction and construction management on site for project.
• Ensure that contractors are working in the required work areas, locations and elevations and that work sequence and interfaces with other contractors are both coordinated and planned to provide continuous working to meet contract schedules.
• Responsible for on-site team management and ensure on-schedule completion within budget in accordance with contractual obligations.
• Establish the scope of work, detailing the construction schedule, budget plan and risk management matrix.
• Attend weekly and monthly meeting with the clients.
• Mobilize resources to roll out the construction program.

Requirements:
