We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant Manager / Manager for our Store Design team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and layout of our stores, ensuring a seamless and visually appealing shopping experience for our customers. Responsibilities:

• Prepare store design layout proposal and ensure consistency with global guideline
• Provide project execution to support for all APAC doors via design development, technical & specification drawings review, and materials tracking

• Assist in collaboration with IP on cost optimisation for design operationalisation

In this exciting role, you will gain hands-on experience in all operations, from understanding the intricate lives of corals and fish to supporting our sales and inventory management processes.

Responsibilities:

• Immerse yourself in our company culture, learning about our mission, products, and operations.
• Develop a deep understanding of our mariculture corals and ornamental fish, their specific needs, and market trends.
• Assist in daily tasks like tank maintenance, water quality testing, feeding, and animal husbandry.
• Observe and learn the sales process, gaining insights into customer interaction and sales strategies.
• Learn about stock control procedures and contribute to maintaining accurate and efficient inventory levels.
• Participate in research initiatives, attend industry events, and network with professionals.

Qualifications:

• Passionate about marine life and the ornamental fish industry.
• Strong work ethic, dedication to quality, and a willingness to learn.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to safety.
• Basic understanding of biology and animal husbandry preferred.

Job Description

• Take charge of daily operational matters and operations flow
• Plan and manage manpower
• Order and manage inventory from suppliers
• Manage customer complaints and ensure good customer service
• Conduct training for new staff
• Enforce good hygiene practices and cleanliness in outlet
• Grill and cook dishes according to company’s standards
• Ensure food preparation is done according to company’s standards.
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by superior

Job Requirements

• At least 2 to 3 years of relevant F&B managerial experience
• Team player with good leadership and communication skills
• Able to strive in fast paced environment

• Basic $1400 + Allowance + Incentive // Gross UP $3K + Bonus
• Tuas (Transport provided)
• 5 Days (Office hour)

Your Responsibilities: -

• Deliver goods to different location
• Load and unload goods into company vehicle
• Provide support to ensure proper documentation on delivered products
• Assist driver in location of delivery
