• To assist the Front Office Manager and Assistant Front Office Manager to supervise and coordinate the daily front desk operations.
• To be proactive thinking, to be able to react fast to problems, and to make sound management decisions.
• Able to show responsibility and make decisions to handle any operations issues that may arise in the absence of the management.
• To welcome and bid farewell to all VIP guests.
• To develop and maintain close business contacts with house guests and provide personalized service whenever possible.
• To handle complaints or incidents/accidents occurring in the hotel when necessary.
• Record all complaints into logbook for management and all departments' attention or follow up.
• Respond to emergency calls, fire alarm, power failure, computer and medical attention and coordinate with respective departments and contacts.
• Be familiar with and ensure that all preparations for VIP and group arrivals and departures are well organized.

Key Responsibilities:

  Manage emails and Whatsapp Hotlines enquiries.

Team Collaboration:

• Work closely with other clinic staff to ensure efficient workflow and patient satisfaction.
• Provide support and assistance to colleagues as needed, fostering a collaborative work environment.
• Able to travel to different branches (Transport fees will be compensated).

As a FECOS Capacity readiness Manager/Senior Manager at Micron Technology, Inc., you will be responsible for overseeing the management of the FECOS Capacity Readiness Management teams. Performance Management

• Champion Micron Behaviors and FE Central team competencies.
• Ensure clear direction, performance goals, job profiles and job expectations are established for all Team Members.

• Complete written evaluations and a mid-year check-point for each direct report once per year. • Ensure alignment of WW Production Operations to close gaps to benchmark in cycle time. Work in close partnership with MFG sites and SMAI, PROCT to install correct countermeasures and insure their continuity into the future.
• Develop and track metrics regarding Fab Production Operations performance. Ensure plans are in place to drive key factory metrics to industry-leading performance.

• Conduct ongoing metrics reviews of critical group deliverables to business.
