Some of your responsibilities will include:
- Assist the manager or executive with various projects and tasks as required.
- Oversee the smooth operation of the office, including managing supplies and coordinating cleaning services.
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure efficient operational workflows.
- Contact new and existing clients regarding mortgage inquiries. (via Call)
- Support daily time management and scheduling needs.
- Handle and follow up on virtual requests.
- Update company interest rates as needed.
- Undertake additional office and event-related tasks as assigned.
Qualification Requirements:
* Self-driven and adaptable
* Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese
* Strong organizational and multitasking skills
* Thorough, good attention to detail
* Energetic and hardworking, client focused and able to work as a team or individually
* Ability to prioritise, meet deadlines and effectively manage time
* Excellent knowledge of Microsoft (including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
* Min. Possess Diploma or equivalent
