• Monitor and manage incoming calls.
• Acquisition of Stationery/Office equipment/Office & Pantry Supplies/Cleaning Supplies
• Source for quotations before acquisition
• Communicate with suppliers and customers via email.
• Prepare delivery orders & sales orders
• Maintain office cleanliness
• Assist the Senior Admin in other administrative matters
• Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

• Min 2 years of working experience in similar capacity
• Proficient in English and Chinese both spoken and written to liaise with Chinese speaking counterparts
• Able to commence work in Jan 2025
• 5.5 days work week (subject to changes)

*Company Transport provided at Joo Koon MRT

We are looking for a creative and motivated individual to contribute to content creation for social media, offline marketing, email marketing, and other promotional materials. A passion for marketing is preferred, as we seek digital natives who can effectively utilize their skills and knowledge in digital marketing channels. If you're a marketing enthusiast and are shortlisted, you’ll also have the opportunity to gain experience in offline marketing.

Seeking a young highly energetic individual who thrives on creativity and brings fresh marketing and social media ideas to capture attention and boost engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for events.
• Conduct market research to identify target audiences and relevant trends for event promotion.
• Create promotional materials, including both digital and print assets, to attract event attendees.
• Implement marketing campaigns across multiple channels, such as social media, email marketing, and online advertising.
• Develop engaging content to promote our services.
• Craft social media posts and email newsletters to generate excitement and drive event attendance.
• Monitor marketing expenses and budgets, optimizing allocations across online and offline channels to achieve marketing objectives.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
• Attend conferences to enhance professional knowledge and skills.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and passionate about marketing (both online and offline) and communications.
• Proficiency in various editing software.
• Strong understanding of industry trends and developments.
• A strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills and enthusiasm for the role.
