Job Responsibilities:

· Gather and analyze business requirements and translate it into functional requirements, workflow process or other relevant documentations.

· Work closely with end user on their needs and identify opportunities for process improvement and aligning it with business requirement.

Job Requirements:

· Minimum Diploma in Business System or Accounting.

· Organized, detailed, possess excellent communication (both written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.

· Good stakeholder management skills.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Operation experience working on General Ledger, Account Payable and Account Receivables with ERP rollout experience preferred.

· Law Firm experience preferred.

· Prior experience with Aderant Expert would be advantageous.

• Provide insurance broking advice and insurance placement for clients.

• Collate documents and information relating to claims as received from various parties.

Job Description

1. Steward of the brand that supports our new brand promise, brand vision, brand position, brand architecture and achieves overall business goals for the brand.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Marketing, Business Studies/Management, Mass Communications is Preferred

Channel / Relationship Management / Service Standards

• Maintain service standards by timely response to internal team requests in addition to meeting deadlines

Job Requirement

• Basic Degree/Diploma in Business or Engineering with CGI
• 1 year experience in General Insurance operations
• Some knowledge of General insurance operations
• Some understanding of laws and legislation in relation to the General Insurance industry.
