You will be part of amultidisciplinary team intervening in acute or chronic diseases to maintaincurrent health, and/or promote the wellness of patients. On a daily basis, you will identify, resolve, and prevent drug-related problems, recommend and monitor patient-specific drug therapy, assure safe and effective alternatives asappropriate, document the outcomes and oversee drug distribution. This includes active participation in regular inpatient clinical rounds and/or ambulatorycare clinics, as well as dispensing medications and counselling patients ontheir medication treatment. You will also communicate timely and accurate druginformation, and provide education to the general public, patients, students,and fellow healthcare workers on matters pertaining to safe and effectivemedication use. Your research efforts in clinical and/or translational areaswill advance the knowledge base in your speciality area.

Requirement :

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent registrable with Singapore Pharmacy Council

Responsible for all basic cleaning in and around facility or office buildings.

- Cleans floors and rooms, including dust mopping, damp mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, picking up larger objects off the floor, and spot cleaning glass and windows.

-Cleans toilets, includes restocking dispensers, emptying trash, cleaning and sanitizing fixtures, cleaning mirrors, spot cleaning partition doors and walls, sweeping and mopping tile floors.

Job Description

• To assist the Project Manager or Project Engineer in the daily execution of work.
• To supervise the work of sub-contractors and in-house workers.
• To work closely with other site operations staff to meet the project schedule.
• Ensure installation is carried out as per construction drawings.
• To monitor the progress and quality of work being performed by workers.
• Ensure that works are executed within an acceptable standard of workmanship.

You will be responsible for the accurate and timely abstraction and coding of diagnoses and procedures. You will also be involved in coding analysis, audits and reviews, as well as liaising with doctors and other healthcare professionals on coding matters.
