We have projects in Netherlands, Singapore, Thailand and Southeast Asia regions, production is in China as a manufacturing plant. There is no manufacturing here but we have R&D team here liaising with China as well. Project Manager (Electrical/Site)

Responsibilities

• Set project timeline and keep projects on track.
• Monitor project deliverables and update relevant stakeholders or team members on the project progress.
• Coach and support project team members with tasks you assign them.
• Schedule tasks and co-ordinate with various team members to accomplish project objectives.
• Manage project budget and resource allocation.
• Interact regularly with existing and potential clients to determine needs and develop plans for improving delivery.
• Work cross functionally to solve problems and implement changes where needed.
• Resolve and assist in the resolution of conflicts among different stakeholders.
• Ensure project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately.

• Demonstrated expertise in Electrical System Interconnection and Technical References.
• Proven track record in project management, including experience in budget control, project scheduling, operation of a fabrication workshop, and conducting feasibility studies for project proposals.
• PMP certification is highly desirable.
• Experience leading and managing teams effectively.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently when required.
• Sound engineering background, with a focus on automotive and/or power engineering being a distinct advantage.

Competency Requirement:

What you will be working on:

• Leverage insights and analytics tools to track, measure and optimise BCA’s digital channels to improve communication efforts and enhance the team’s strategies and reach.

• Generate digital performance reports with actionable insights.

• Strategising, conceptualising and implementing digital communications strategies and campaigns to achieve desired outcomes.

• Managing BCA’s digital platforms (including the BCA website, social media channels, EDM) to communicate relevant and useful information to audiences.

• Collaborating with different groups to understand their work and translating them into creative and engaging digital content for our audiences.

What we are looking for:

• Minimum 1-3 years of experience in digital communications and/or data science

• Tertiary qualifications from relevant field of communications and/or data science 

• Familiarity with the use of data analytics tools and social media management platforms

• Familiarity with website content management systems and HTML is a plus.

· Built strategic relationship and able to meet vendor given quota & achieve profit target

· Assist Channel Sales and BDMs to position product offerings and manage customers requirement/expectation

· Deliver Internal and External Channel Enablement i.e. Conduct regular Product Update/ Promo/Events/ Training etc

· Work with internal system team to ensure product pricing is up-to-date, latest vendor processes update.

· Assist Internal on issues with vendor, operation, pre/post and tools related matters

· Submit timely and accurate weekly report to vendors and superior

· Assist BDM/Channel to visit targeted focus partners or end users to enhance product mind share and development

· Plan with vendor and internal to come out with promo/training/event for each vendor

· Quarterly marketing planning and business review with vendors

· Plan on product growth on yearly or special project basis

· To work closely with internal team Channels, Marketing, Operation and Finance to ensure smooth process/operation

· Analyze QTD/YTD numbers, marketing/programs result against metric/MBO given by Management and Vendors

· Familiar and ability to utilize tools provided by internal and vendor

· Manage and work with operation team/purchaser on inventory stocking on a weekly basis for healthy inventory availability at all times

· Attend and undertake any other job duties as and when assigned by Superior from time to time

Requirements:

• Possess at least a tertiary qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science or any other related discipline from a recognized institution.
• Have at least 2 years of related working experience in the networking, security or unified communication solutions industry.
• Have effective communication skills both orally and written
• Possess good interpersonal skills to work well with all level of staff
