This includesactive participation in regular inpatient clinical rounds and/or ambulatorycare clinics, as well as dispensing medications and counselling patients ontheir medication treatment. The Industry Development Executive/Manager is an effective communicator and presenter. He needs to be analytical and professional in addressing the concerns of the industry. One that is forward-looking, able to set out a clear strategic direction and inspire the team towards achieving desired outcomes and goals.

Job Description:

· Identify issues impacting the industry and close gaps in policies based on trends and changes

· Engage member companies to identify business needs and gather feedback on industry views and concerns.

· Manage the development of advocacy with government agencies, partners and SCAL members.

· Developing and implementing strategies to promote the industry, including engagement and surveys, research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth and development within the industry.

· Manage strategic industry-level projects, events and initiatives to represent industry needs and interests, monitor all project deliverables, results and indicators.

· Assist and provide inputs on public communications related to relevant subcommittees.

· Possess knowledge of current industry practices to review and provide recommendations on practices for the construction industry.

· Prepare reports, monitor, and follow up on industry engagements.
