Job Description

• Spearhead and actualise corporate marketing and branding strategies locally
• Conceptualise, strategize, lead and implement branding campaigns and promotions, new products/menus launch, and media and consumer engagement plans
• Conceptualize and execute on multichannel campaigns across the prospect and customer lifecycle, ensuring the alignment of communications and messaging in all channels
• Manage content and updates for customer and internal touch points, establish budget guidelines, participate in events, document business processes, and provide sales support
• Gather customer and market insights to inform outreach strategies, increase customer conversions, and generate more qualified leads
• Identify effectiveness and impact of current marketing initiatives with tracking and analysis, and optimize accordingly
• Present ideas and final deliverables and communicate with team about marketing programs, strategies, and budgets
• Conduct outlet briefings for major marketing campaigns

Requirements

• Degree and above in Marketing, Business Administration or equivalent
• 5 to 8 years’ relevant working experiences preferably in F&B industry
• In-depth knowledge in Singapore F&B market with keen insights and organization/planning management
• Familiar with F&B branding, and its marketing/PR strategies
• Strong in planning and executing marketing programs, methods of multimedia channels and publicity of our brands
• Strong written and oral communications skills
