We assist customers by collecting their crockery back to our premises to wash. A Sales Manager is essential for K2 Cleaning Pte Ltd to drive business growth by expanding the company's customer base and increasing revenue. Job Description
• Achieve revenue growth and hit sales targets for individual and sales teams
• Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base
• Own recruiting, coaching and monitoring of sales representatives
• Build and maintain long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs

Requirements
• Previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets

Responsibilities:

• Strategy: Understand the overall business and marketing strategy and create a marketing plan

• Budget: Manage budget and report on the marketing spend.

• Team Management: Manage, lead and motivate a marketing team of 3 to 5.

• Stakeholder Management: Work collaboratively with a variety of stakeholders across sales, product management and the central marketing team to ensure there is buy in to future marketing campaigns and resources are maximised.

• Sales Support: Create collateral and content to help the sales team convert more prospects.

• Campaign Management: Target market segments with integrated marketing campaigns to generate demand and convert into leads. Campaigns can include ABM, paid social, webinars, email marketing and direct mail.

• Content Marketing: create a variety of content – thought leadership, blogs, whitepapers, webinars and video.

• Digital: Be responsible, through the central marketing team, for the infrastructure section of the website. Ensuring content is optimised for SEO, and our presence is expanded across our social – Meta, IG, Tik Tok, LinkedIn & Twitter etc.

• Technical: Work ensure sales and marketing are working in unison.

• Marketing Analysis: Analyse and report on traffic, MQLs, conversions, attribution and pipeline growth.

Senior Marketing Manager Requirements

• Knowledge of Singapore Market Segment.

• Marketing Manager or Senior Marketing Manager from a F&B business.

• Experience of creating a marketing plan that builds awareness and drives leads.

• Excellent written and presentation skills.

• Broad experience across online and offline marketing channels.

• Good experience of working with sales teams.

Select Group is looking for an individual to lead our Compensation & Benefits team to drive and be responsible for full cycle of payroll processing as well as Compensation & Benefits review.

Responsibilities:

• Perform monthly payroll duties
• Ensure the payrolls of our division are finalized timely and accurately
• Handle monthly payroll processing including income tax and reimbursements
• Ensure timely submission of monthly CPF payments, and tax-filing for all employees
• Liaising with statutory bodies – IRAS, MOM, CPF, etc., regarding employee's remuneration
• Prepare and anaylze and HR data to provide insights and counsel for the Management's decision-making
• Generate monthly HR-related reports for Management review
• Identify, investigate, and resolve payroll discrepancies, and address/resolve payroll-related issues
• Lead the team to administer staff benefits and claims in accordance with Company policies
• Analyze and modify compensation and benefits policies
• Conduct market compensation & benefits survey to ensure the competitiveness of employee benefit packages
• Respond and handle any queries raised by line managers or employees promptly
• Ensure good data management practices
• Lead change management and payroll process streamlining to achieve overall productivity for the department

Skills/Qualifications:

• Diploma/Degree in Human Resources or a related field
• 6 years of C&B experience knowledge preferred
• Good knowledge of Employment Act and HR practices and regulations

• Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
