Responsible to achieve assigned business target by making sure client and customer needs are being met and
understood by each department in the company (Account Management). Their duties include creation and
managing new opportunities and adding new customers, handling any client complaints, working to find
solutions to any client issues and managing other departments to ensure clients are experiencing a positive
client-company relationship.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage a portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term success
• Develop positive relationships with clients
• Act as the point of contact and handle customers’ individual needs, resolving complaints and
• Keeping track of all processes that pertain to the client’s desires.
• Acting as the client’s representative in a firm to ensure that their demands are met with a focus
on improving the customer experience.
• Generate new business using existing and potential customer networks.
• Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to customers in a timely manner.
• Supervise account representatives to ensure sales increase.
• Report on the status of accounts and transactions
• Set and track sales account targets, aligned with company objectives.
• Monitor sales metrics (e.g. monthly, quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
• Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth.
• Communicating with clients to ensure that all their needs are understood and addressed with
assigned accounts. From lower operations to C-Levels.
• Building strong client relationships to maintain/grow existing business and acquire new
customers according to company plan.
• Collaborating with internal departments to ensure that they fulfilled all customer requests.
• Collecting and analyzing data concerning consumer behavior to understand changing needs.
MUST HAVE
• Degree in Engineering desirable.
• Excellent Communication skills with customer and internal (all levels).
• Capable to organize customer selling events/activities and delivers presentation session
independently.
• Min. 8 to 10 years direct selling in relevant industry and customer base.
• The candidate should possess extensive firsthand experience in directly selling Process
Industrial Automation Solutions and Products to End Users and EPCs, rather than through
partners or agents.
• The candidate should have experience in Process Industrial Automation solutions and
products, specifically related to control systems, SCADA, PLCs, and Safety Systems.
Additional experience with field instruments, fire and gas detectors, telecommunications,
security solutions, and OT digital transformation will be considered a valuable asset.
• The candidate should have significant experience in the process industry, particularly in Oil
and Gas upstream operations, FPSOs, FSOs, FPUs, and FSRUs. Additional experience in
other process industries, such as chemicals, refining, power, and pharmaceuticals, will be
an advantage.

• Business acumen with a problem-solving attitude
