What you’ll achieve
As a Channel Sales Account Executive, you will work with channel partners to identify and qualify mutually rewarding sales activities, strategies, distributors and business opportunities, all in the service of optimizing sales execution so that service level agreements are met.

You will:
•Work with channel partners to identify and qualify mutually rewarding sales activities, strategies and business opportunities
•Manage the channel partner relationship, engagement and achievement of joint objectives through the partner planning process
•Identify cost-effective and practical alternatives for the channel by bundling products/service “solutions” to maximize our opportunity while meeting customer’s needs
•Work with inside sales teams and partner outside field sales teams to drive all lines of business, removing technical barriers, architecting business solutions and bringing forward new business
•Develop and implement strategies and sales campaigns for targeted accounts

• Manage the site works
• Planning, Supervising & Coordinating Project
• Ensure quality work is being achieved
• Ensure safety regulations are being complied with
• Attend site meeting
• Monitor the site progress and have good knowledge in project management to ensure project is scheduled to complete in time
• Raise the RFI to Main Contractor
• 5.5 days work (Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm & Saturday 8am - 12pm)

Requirements

• Possess Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
• Mininum 5 years experience
• Relevant experience in RC structure works
• Strong skills to control the site progress
• Able to work independently and cope in a fast-paced environment
• Well-versed in construction sequence, principles and regulatory requirements
• Independent, diligent, meticulous and highly motivated with excellent team spirit
• Proficient in Microsoft Office

Job Description

• Formulating and updating safety policies and procedures in compliance with Workplace Safety and Health Act requirements
• Ensuring that safety policies are communicated effectively to all employees
• Identifying and assessing potential hazards in the workplace
• Conducting regular risk assessments and recommending measures to mitigate identified risks
• Providing safety training to employees on a regular basis
• Conducting orientation programs for new employees to familiarize them with safety protocols
• Performing regular inspections of the workplace to identify and rectify safety hazards
• Conducting safety audits to ensure compliance with WSH standards
• Investigating accidents, incidents, and near misses to determine the root causes
• Developing and implementing corrective and preventive actions based on investigation findings
• Keeping abreast of changes in safety regulations in Singapore
• Ensuring that the company remains in compliance with WSH acts
• Any other ad hoc duties assigned from time to time
• Work in multiple locations

Requirement

• Registered WSH Officer/Safety Officer with MOM
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in WSH for building/construction industry
• Possess a minimum Diploma in Environment, Health and Safety Management or related field
• Excellent people management skills and good interpersonal skills
