As a Global Facilities Cost Capital Program Manager, you will be responsible for providing the Global Facilities stakeholders the data analytics and information necessary to drive their strategic objective.
You will need to be actively engage with Global and Site Facilities teams, Corporate Finance, Central Planning teams, and other cross functional business partners to manage overall strategic cost programs for Facilities network. You will oversee facilities capital program and business process, and provide continuous support to complex issues and lead to gap closure.
This role requires strong data management background, and ability to translate the complex data into concise summary and dashboard. You should be a detailed oriented person, with the capability of providing clear and qualitative data analysis for higher management to support decision making. You should possess detailed understanding on cost expenditures, identifying opportunities for cost optimization and providing benchmarking.
This role also required flexibility and ability to maintain global relationship, excellence communication and presentation skills.
Major Job Responsibilities:
Strategic Capital Programs
- Oversee Facilities capital programs & business process and provide continuous support to complex issues and gap closure.
- Facilitate Monthly Facilities Capital Review program.
- Lead overall Strategic Program roll out with defined Business Process
- Develop Key Performance Metrics to measure project progress towards goals and objectives.
- Benchmarking on cost performance against industry standards or best practices.
- Manage overall Global Facilities Cost data and cashflow improvements.
- Collaborate with global partners to achieve spending compliance to Business Plan. Drive the Capital Performance to Plan (P2P) program and identify mitigation plan to meet Business Plan.
- Provide high level of Facilities Cost data to senior leaders for review and decision making.
Strategic Planning – Facilities & Construction Cost
- Liaison on construction capex changes and updates with Central Planning team
- Strategic Vision DevelopmentLong Range Plan and high-level scenario impact for Facilities
Market & Industry Analysis
Financial modelling / periodic review & adjustment support site Facilities team on FMS PS, and CALM system related issues
- Strategic planning analysis and cost assessment of various scenarios for cost competitiveness
- Serve as liaison to the Line Planning team to support cost data planning for new Facilities and Construction project, primarily assisting in cost integrity.

- Familiarity and able to navigate cost information system applications such as SAP, CALM, FMS PS. Able to pick up usage of various T-codes for facilities cost management.
- Able to develop long-term working relationship and trust across the global Facilities network.
- Experiences in supporting and working with multi-functional teams in a dynamic environment.
- Adaptability to embrace Business Volatility.
- Proven ability to manage task efficiently and effectively
- Knowledge in Database (e.g. SQL) and Data visualization tools (e.g. PowerBI, Tableau) is advantageous.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree and above specialized in Engineering, Information systems, Business, or Finance or equivalent experience.
- Minimally 4 years of working experience, preferably related to:Cost / Project Management
