Interaction/UX Designer or Senior Interaction/UX Designer– Base in Singapore

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and conduct user research activities to understand users' goals, behavior and needs

• Develop models of your users based on research findings, as well as models for other domain

factors

• Define context scenarios and tell stories about ideal user experiences the team wants to achieve

• Describe product or system capabilities and requirements that support user's goals and tasks, and

how successful interactions look like

• Design the overall structure and behavior of the system, information flows and workflows

• Test and refine the product through evaluative research, ensuring that the design enables to meet

the users’ goals and complete their tasks

• Develop a sense of empathy for people.

• At least 5 years of relevant experience .Candidates with 8 years and above of experience will be considered for senior position.

Propose design decisions that are desirable for users, viable for the business and feasible technically

• Keen understanding of underlying technology and mediums. Knowing how to code is an additional advantage.

• Have a portfolio of shipped digital projects that are in use

• Preferably have experience with developing eServices .Experience with Local Government Agencies is mandatory

• Proficient in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch and Adobe CS (e.g. Photoshop, Illustrator,

XD)

• Education in a Design Discipline (e.g. Interaction, Graphic, Visual Communications), HCI, or a related field or equivalent practical experience

DESIGNER/SENIOR DESIGNER

As a Designer/Senior Designer, you will be responsible for supporting the project team with design development, design coordination and documentation. You will also liaise and coordinate with external consultants and the client’s team and other relevant parties.

Requirements & Attributes:

· Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or equivalent qualifications

· Minimum 3-8 years of experience from concept through design development and construction documentation;

· Experience in large scale, luxury, 5-star mixed use development will be an advantage

· Proficient in BIM (Revit Architecture), Bluebeam and Adobe (Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign)

· Registered Architect with the Board of Architects Singapore (BOA) will be an advantage

· Excellent communication and presentation skills

· Other professional certifications such as GMAP or GMAAP and UD Assessor will be an advantage
