JOB DESCRIPTION

-Work on IP developments, Perform Verilog/SystemVerilog RTL design to meet product specifications and requirements；

-Work on SoC architecture discussion and optimization with architect and SW Engineer; SoC integration; system block development, e.g., power management, clock/reset, system register, test control, PinMux, etc;

-Work on SoC floorplan with architect and APR; SoC timing constraints and review support; SoC DFT support; SoC verification plan and SoC verification support

-Post silicon Debug and support.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

· Bachelor’s or master’s degree in electronic engineering with 3-5 years ASIC design experience.

· Experience with ASIC design flow

· Experience in RTL coding, RTL and gate-level simulation, logic synthesis, static timing analysis, timing closure and verification

· Experience in video processing and video analytics is a plus

· Passionate and strong in general programming is a plus

· Good understanding of DFT

· Familiar with UNIX/ Linux environment and scripting

Design Team Leader/Senior Facade Designer

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee the Design Team in executing facade design works.
• Plan and organize design tasks to meet construction schedule.
• Provide guidance and allocate work to team members, ensuring quality and productivity.
• Ensure that design deliverables, drawings, and other outputs meet required standards and specifications.
• Identify and communicate any additional work or variations to the Project Manager/Contract Manager for approval.
• Coordinate with Consultants, Main Contractor, and other parties involved in the project.
• Assist the site team in resolving site clashes and interface issues.
• Participate in workshops and lead the review and comment process for shop drawings, ensuring constructability and design quality.

Key Responsibilities:

Visual Merchandising:

• Develop innovative and impactful visual merchandising concepts that align with brand guidelines and marketing strategies.
• Design and implement captivating in-store displays, window presentations, and product layouts to enhance the customer shopping experience.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, product development, and retail operations to ensure cohesive execution of visual strategies.

Graphic Design:

• Lead and mentor a Graphic designer in creating compelling graphics, signage, and promotional materials for in-store and digital platforms.
• Design print materials such as posters, banners, packaging, and point-of-sale displays while maintaining brand consistency.
• Generate digital assets for online marketing campaigns, social media, and website visuals to drive engagement and sales.

Project Management:

• Proven experience (at least 5 to 8 years) in visual merchandising design, preferably within the beauty or retail industry.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and knowledge of 3D rendering tools is a plus.
