Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform the design documentation of architectural and interior architectural design projects, ensuring they meet client specifications, budget, and timeline from conceptualisation to preparing detailed documentation for construction procurement.

- At times, be required to supervise the creation of detailed documentation, building information modelling (BIM) 3D models, renderings and design documents for construction.

- Monitor the authorship of the design during implementation to ensure design integrity

- Conduct site visits and project meetings to resolve design-related issues.

Qualifications:

● Professional degree in Architecture

● Minimum of 7 years of post-graduate experience working in architecture

● Strong design skills and technical aptitude with a passion for high-end custom residential, luxury hospitality, lifestyle retail and bespoke design solutions

● Excellent drafting skills with DD and CD development experience and thorough knowledge of assembling CD and For Construction/ For Fabrication sets.

● Preparing and presenting materials for client and city meetings

- Generate electrical circuit, panel design, system architecture, networking layout and BOM list based on project specification.

- To control and update electrical drawings for all projects.

• Collaborate with the Director to manage and address sales inquiries as part of a team.
• Oversee a minimum of 6-8 projects simultaneously, ensuring effective project management.

• Conceptualise, design and execute creative output of print/ digital collaterals including but not limited to, uniform, packaging, in-store displays and merchandising
• Ensure consistency and adherence to brand standards and guidelines for all creative outputs
• Provide creative concepts, ideas, design solutions and visual merchandising inputs where necessary by working closely with the Operations team and other stakeholders for store openings, key campaigns, product launches as well as store visual maintenance
