Job Description

• Massage customers and administers other body treatments in accordance with Spa standards.
• Understand the needs and expectations of each client, recommend body treatments and provide the most effective wellness service to the client.
• Maintain high level of professional customer service.
• Handle customer queries and concerns efficiently and politely
• Create excellent guest experience through friendly and helpful attitude.
• Responsible for the maintenance of cleanliness and neatness of the facilities and treatment room and other parts of the spa.
• Responsible preparing the necessary treatment products and replenishment of stocks
• Follow and comply with the instructions given by Spa Manager

Requirements

• Communication and customer service skills.
• Able to work on weekends / public holidays.
• Able to work long hours and overtime.
• Pleasant personality, Positive attitude, hardworking and good teamwork.

At least 2 years of working experience as a massage therapist in the foot and body spa industry.

Have passionate and self-motivated behaviour, presentable with positive attitude.

A team player with good communication and interpersonal skill.

Provide excellent customer service, oversea daily operation and maintaining a high standard of hygiene enviroment and personnal presentation.
